Return Policy

Product Refunds & Returns Policy

Glass Items:

In most cases we are shipping works of art and or fragile items, so please:

We want to avoid unnecessary shipping charges.

Ask additional questions if you are not sure about a particular item.

Additional pictures are available to be sent via email upon request.

Restocking Fees:

  • Non-glass items also have a have a 10% restocking fee.
  • Glass items over $1,000 will have a 20% restocking fee.
  • All other lesser cost glass items will have a 10% restocking fee.

Time Limit for Returns:

  • Our return policy time-limit is 14 days from date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Products Exempt from Being Returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Perishable goods such as cigars, herbs, food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How to Complete a Return:

We require you to notify us of your intent to return, and provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to any of the original product manufacturers.


Our Handling of Returns:

  • Once your return is received and inspected…
  • We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If your return is approved, then a refund will be processed back to the credit card or original method of payment.
  • Note: Full receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and payment refund usually takes 3 to 5 days to complete.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returns with Product Exchange (if applicable)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
    • Returns with option to exchange for the same or similar items are also an option.
    • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at,

Products Received as Gifts:

  • If the item purchased was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you…
  • Then you will receive a gift credit for the same value as the product returned.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved for return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

NOTE: If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then we can only send a refund to the original purchaser (gift giver) and they will of course find out about your return.

Return Shipping:

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping any item back to us, you must provide us with a tracking number and purchase your own shipping insurance.
  • Original shipping costs for products are non-refundable, and if you receive an exchange product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as we are not personally responsible for shipping companies and delivery problems.
